Archos Jumps Into Mobile Business By Releasing 3 Smartphones A Once

If you are interested in cheap Android powered tablets, then I am sure you have heard of a company named Archos, as they have been bringing various amazing and affordable cheap tablets for a while now. Well, it seems like the France based tablet vendor is now planning on entering the smartphone market as well. Of course Archos will be bringing new smartphones running on Android and it seems like the French company is going to bring three new smartphones at once which is pretty interesting.

Archos 48 Platinum

First and very interesting device is named as Archos 48 Platinum, it is a flagship device and it has a very significant resemblance to Samsung Galaxy S III. It will be coming with a 4.8 inch IPS Display with 800 x 1280 pixel resolution and it will be running on 1.7 GHz quad core MediaTek processor. With all these amazing features, it also comes with an amazingly affordable price tag, it will be available for only 249 Euro or $335 which is pretty cheap as compared to other flagship devices. It will be coming with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running out of the box.

Archos 52 Titanium

The next device from Archos will be called Archos 52 Titanium, it is going to be a larger device with a 5.2 inch display and it will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The display is not that good as the other one as it will have resolution of 480 x 800 pixel. It will be running on a dual core 1.2 GHz processor along with 512MB RAM. We don’t know about the pricing details of this device but it will be cheaper than the one mentioned above.

Archos 35 Carbon

Last but not the least, we have Archos 35 Carbon for you, it is a smartphone designed for most basic and budget users as it will feature a 3.5 inch screen with 320 x 480 pixel resolution. It will be powered by a single core 1 GHz processor and also feature 512MB RAM. It will also be running on Android 4.0 ICS and it will have a price around $120.
